We had our kitchen redone by SPC. Sean was our project manager. Of all the contractors who gave a quote, he was the only one who took the time to redesign the kitchen. Under the competent and professional leadership of project manager Sean, SPC did an excellent job for us by renovating three bathrooms, changing flooring in the kitchen/dining areas and family room, and doing seismic retrofitting. It was particularly fortunate to have a masterful craftsman in Jose, a creative genius in the construction business, who served as the foreman for all projects.
Sean organized and employed teams for specific jobs such as painting, laying flooring, applying baseboards, doing electrical and plumbing work, constructing and installing glass enclosures in bathrooms, building gorgeous custom made vanities, making non-custom made vanities look beautiful (thanks, Jose), laying down floor tiles, and so much more. These teams were friendly, respectful, and completely competent.
The most amazing part of our experience was how important it was to Sean that we felt satisfied and happy with how things were going. They checked in on us so frequently that we felt confident and extremely satisfied with what was unfolding day by day. Any adjustments that were needed were readily done. We ended up with three gorgeous bathrooms, lovely flooring, and comfort that our home was protected by being retrofitted. Sometimes you just hit the target perfectly, and having SPC Design Build in our lives was truly that great stroke of luck that is often elusive in life.
